Our wonderful Ruby is moving into an internal Programme Lead role, which means our Outreach Lead position is now available. We can’t wait to welcome someone new to our growing team.

In this role, you’ll lead our outreach strategy across the North East, so that we can support as many clients as possible. You will nurture existing referral partner relationships and create new ones, attend careers events to speak to potential clients, manage our Outreach Volunteers and analyse our referrals database to spot trends, opportunities and priorities.

This role is ideal for a natural communicator who is confident, empathetic, driven and passionate about our mission. You’ll need to be confident presenting to large groups, target driven and highly organised, with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced organisation.
