As our proud ambassador for nearly 5 years, Sara is an incredible supporter of Smart Works North East. Having her join us again was amazing.

Sara didn’t hold back on the stories- from juggling motherhood with a demanding career, to memories from her Dragon’s Den days, through to her current mission of helping other businesses grow. She literally landed from a trek across the Great Wall of China a few days ago, which felt entirely on brand.

One of the most important pieces of advice that Sara gave to the room was to stay true to yourself, understand your own value and choose your own energy. I think we all walked away inspired.

Evenings like this help us reach new people and serve as a reminder of why our work matters. Thank you so much to everyone that came, and especially those who travelled across the country to be there!
