Smart Works Newcastle is a north east charity that exists to empower all women who need help getting into work. We use the power of high quality clothing and one-to-one coaching to help unemployed women fulfil their potential, get the job and transform their lives. Last year we helped over 700 women into employment and by 2025 we hope to support over 1000 north east women per year.Women are referred to us by job centres, employment schemes, shelters, mental health charities and many other places.After visiting Smart Works Newcastle, 69% of clients secure a job within a month of their appointment, gaining financial independence and transforming their lives.
