Smart Works Newcastle is a North East charity that dresses and coaches unemployed women for their job interview.

Women are referred to us by job centres, employment schemes, shelters, mental health charities and many other places.

After visiting Smart Works Newcastle, 74% of clients secure a job within a month of their appointment, gaining financial independence and transforming their lives.
