How to make an appointment

The Smart Works Interview Dressing & Preparation Service is open to all women who are unemployed and have a confirmed job interview. We can also deliver our service virtually where travel is not possible to our Newcastle centre. We support women across the whole of the North East including, Middlesbrough, Teesside and Durham.

We also offer Career Coaching for women who have not yet secured an interview. This is a one-hour session between a coach and a client to identify tangible next steps to secure an interview

All appointments are made by referral from another organisation or charity who is supporting a woman on her on the journey to employment. Bookings are taken online, over the phone or via email and only take a couple of minutes.

If you already have a booking, or want to know more about what to expect, find out more about your appointment here
