HOW DO I GET TO SMART WORKS NEWCASTLE?
MEA House is a 5 storey building located on Ellison Place in Newcastle city centre. Ellison Place is located just off John Dobson Street, next to Northumbria University campus. It is a 5 minute walk from Haymarket and Monument metro stations and 10 minutes from Manors metro station. We are also well served by bus networks.
From Haymarket metro or bus station
Walk down Northumberland Street from Haymarket metro station, turning down Saville Row next to Superdrug. Cross John Dobson Street at the traffic lights and walk straight ahead, crossing College Street. MEA House is the building straight ahead of you that hangs over Ellison Place like a bridge.
From Monument metro station
Exit Monument metro station towards Northumberland Street and head up this street, turning down Saville Row next to Superdrug. Cross John Dobson Street at the traffic lights and walk straight ahead, crossing College Street. MEA House is the building straight ahead of you that hangs over Ellison Place like a bridge.
From Manors metro station
Exit Manors metro station and take the overpass that crosses the central motorway. When you see the spiral staircase, take a right without descending to street level and follow the overpass directly ahead to MEA House, located near Northumbria University’s main campus on Ellison Place.
